Key Responsibilities:
• Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within a Scaled Agile framework
• Contribute to organizational frameworks, templates, and delivery models.
• Support governance reporting, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Mentor Business Analysts and contribute to capability building across the BA/PO community.
• Own and prioritize the squad backlog, ensuring clarity of epics and user stories. Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure end-to-end traceability.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to gather and clarify business requirements.
• Use techniques such as workshops, use cases, value streams, and personas to validate and refine requirements.
• Define acceptance criteria and ensure stories are testable and value-driven.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track delivery KPIs and ensure transparency of progress.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the squad. Ensure requirements are fully understood and approved by stakeholders
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and developers to shape solutions.
• Support the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Support UAT and rollout readiness.
• Ensure agile discipline, delivery quality, and alignment with global standards.
• Complete regulatory obligations as mandated by regulatory bodies
• Adhere to the Information Security policies day in and day out
• Report any ISMS events / incidents as per the reporting procedures
• Shall be aware of all ISMS principles and guidelines
