Poste :

Your mission consists of:

• Administration of the technical foundation of application monitoring software (Dynatrace, IP LABEL, etc.).
• Reporting and monitoring of technical issues related to the evolution of the Dynatrace technical architecture and EKARA (IP LABEL).
• Management of accounts and permissions at the level of repositories and tools.
• Configuration of business transaction recognition in collaboration with the client.
• Design and implementation of specific dashboards, technical and/or business-related. Provision to the requesters.
• Support for real-time (hot) or trend (cold) analysis of metrics collected for monitored applications, proactive alert escalation, and assistance in locating faulty components.
• Communication (in English) with support.
• Development of scripts in PERL, EKARA language, Python.
• Development of sites in PHP/MySQL.
• Management and migration of infrastructures.
