We are seeking a dedicated and skilled DT Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Providing diagnostics and fault resolution for computing hardware and common software services including coordinating support with other internal support services and external partners and suppliers.
- IT/OT support for employees of production and office departments, especially supporting production processes (PLM/CAD/CAM/MES/SAP)
- Supporting and assisting with in network connectivity/cabling and networking hardware such as routers and switches.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand their technical and functional requirements.
- Maintaining required documentation for system configuration, processes and support procedures
- Coordinating for IT initiatives and projects related to the site (business requests impacting DT, DT global projects etc.)
- Working with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security requirements and provide documentation and training.
- Maintaining IT equipment’s and accessories inventory (asset management)
- Following company applicable policies, framework, standards and guidelines.
