Integrated into a Franco-Moroccan team, the following tasks will be undertaken:
- Analyze and address Level 2 and Level 3 technical and functional incidents.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding the status of applications, including performance metrics and response times.
- Ensure the availability and performance of business applications in both pre-production and production environments.
- Identify areas for improvement to prevent incident occurrences.
- Monitor production and pre-production applications.
- Facilitate meetings with clients.
- Propose measures to enhance operational reliability and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the drafting and updating of technical and functional documentation.
- Prepare reports on the health of business applications.
- Manage capacity planning for business applications.
- Have general expertise of production environments and infrastructures: monitoring, scheduling, backup.
- Provide technical and functional support for applications.
- Install/configure monitoring Tools.
- Perform HNOs interventions as needed.
- Ensure opening and closing shifts (7 AM to 7 PM PT)
- Be available to work on Saturdays.
