Poste :
1. Conduct on the monthly payroll processing, responsible on payroll data verification, sign off payroll report,
process payroll payment, including the local insurance payment, individual income tax declaration and other HR
activities strictly based on Moroccan local requirement
2. Maintain good employee relationship by interacting with them regarding data collection, data correction
and day-to-day operational needs
3. Apply a deep and broad HR payroll perspective to translate employee’s business needs and issues into
integrated payroll management. Foresee the implications from different treatment on payroll result
4. Manage related the 3rd party HR vendor to improve service level, check all social insurances statement to
ensure all mandatory expenses to be paid accurately, legally and on time
5. Continuous improvement on daily payroll and benefit process
