You’ll work closely with our development and operations teams, playing a vital role in ensuring seamless system performance. In this role, you will also take on the following responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a DEVOPS team for a critical identity application.
- Implementation: Integrate applications into BUA (DEV, pre-prod & production).
- Provide application support.
- Incident Management.
- Contribute to best practices and standards.
- Management and Maintenance:
- Manage user identities, roles, and permissions across hybrid environments, ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Configure and maintain IAM systems, including identity governance and administration (IGA), access management (AM), and privileged access management (PAM).
- Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Troubleshooting and Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, system incidents, and IAM-related problems.
- Provide root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
- Provide technical support to end-users and business partners for BUA (Okta Workforce Identity Solution) issues.
- Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry-specific requirements.
- Implement security controls to prevent unauthorized access.
- Stay up to date with IAM best practices and security threats.
- Propose new solutions or practices to enhance Bell’s identity security posture.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define and implement IAM initiatives.
- Communicate updates effectively to customers, stakeholders, and management.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Drive continuous improvement of IAM processes and end-user experience.
- Identify and prioritize process enhancements.
- Continuously develop leadership capabilities.
